The Secret 7" project takes 7 tracks from 7 of the best-known musicians around and press each one 100 times to 7" vinyl. They then invite creatives from around the world to interpret the tracks in their own style, resulting in a one-of-a-kind sleeve for every 7”. The creatives are made up of famous names through to gems unearthed through artwork submitted to the website.
I have been lucky enough to be involved with the fantastically successful Secret 7' project for the past 3 years since it's inception, displaying my work alongside designs created by Jake and Dinos Chapman, Sir Antony Gormley, Sir Paul Smith, Sir Peter Blake, Jeremy Deller, Damien Hirst and David Shrigley
Pictured are my design's for this year's show for Peter Gabriel's Sledgehammer and previous year's Roxy Music's Virgina Plain, Lorde's single Team and Elton John's Bennie and the Jets. You can also see a couple of the people that bought my one of a kind 7" sleeves from the show at Mother, London.
